Cataracts gone! I've taken L-Glutamine and Alpha Lipoic Acid for a year and a half, hoping to eliminate my cataracts. I’m delighted to say it worked! I’m uncertain which one or combination was effective, but according to my eye doctor, the cataracts I had three years ago are now entirely gone. Time to spread the word!
