It is extremely cold. My hands and feet are perpetually cold, even in summer. However, when I take this in the morning before heading to work, I feel warmer than usual. I’m taking this with L-Carnitine, though I can't tell which is responsible for the effect. It warms my body and prevents my hands and feet from getting cold and chilblains, even during snowboarding this year. This is a pleasant surprise, as I've suffered from chilblains since childhood. However, I have noticed an unusual smell, which I'm not sure is linked to this or L-Carnitine!
