This product works, but the noticeable effects on my skin came with a large dosage, which was too much for my gastritis. I have researched lipoic acid and concluded that smaller, more frequent doses are better absorbed by the body. Taking it as advised can help reduce gastrointestinal discomfort.

Caution! I cannot recommend this for gastritis or hyperacidity, as the high acidity in a single capsule irritates the stomach and causes pain and diarrhoea. The overall effect is weak; I did not notice any decrease in my cravings for sweets and generally found it ineffective.
