Excellent alpha-lipoic acid! It works better than Valium for my neuropathy. I suffered terrible heartburn and a heavy stomach from Valium, which was also expensive. The alpha-lipoic acid from Dr. Best doesn't cause heartburn, and I find the capsules easy to swallow. My energy has improved, and my legs no longer ache at night. After a check-up, my liver is in good condition. I'm very satisfied and will continue taking it twice a year.
