Great product! I'm unsure how much it impacts my blood sugar, but it works excellently for my diabetic neuropathy. I appreciate the combination of Benfotiamine and Alpha Lipoic Acid in one pill. Previously, my fingers and toes would turn cold, white, and numb, but since I started taking these, I've hardly faced any such issues. I will continue to purchase this.

Helps with neuropathy! Whenever I experience issues with my limbs getting cold or falling asleep, I take this supplement for a few days, and it resolves the problem! I highly recommend it for anyone with neuropathy concerns.
