I use it for suspected bursitis; although I was never officially diagnosed with bursitis in my elbow, I tried taking bromelain on an empty stomach. Since starting it, the pain has entirely vanished. I take just one a day. It also seems to have several other benefits, such as aiding digestion. I recommend reading about it before trying, but it has undoubtedly helped me!
