Supportive but concerns
I find this product very complete, especially in B vitamins and with a good dose of B12 (1000mg). It aids in reducing fatigue and promotes nerve function. However, I am concerned that it includes ascorbyl palmitate, an antioxidant not of natural origin, and silicon dioxide, which I find questionable for health, even if in small amounts. Overall, it is a good product but has aspects that worry me.
