So far so good. After 10 days, I think I notice a difference in inflammation levels in my joints. I began taking Turmeric a year ago, and these capsules allow for greater Curcumin absorption, resulting in enhanced cancer-fighting and anti-inflammatory effects. Capsules simplify consumption compared to gritty powdered Turmeric, which I previously had to mix with peanut butter and honey. Recommended.
