After a year of taking these tablets, both my mother and I found relief from joint pain, with increased range of motion and no side effects. This chondroprotective remedy is much safer than NSAIDs. I wholeheartedly recommend it; they are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach.

The ratio that consistently works best for me is this: Glucosamine (1,500), Chondroitin (1,200), MSM (1,000). It continues to keep my pain at bay. I was surprised to experience no pain while washing my back after using this, relieving the shoulder pain I'd faced for over a year. After switching to a similar product, I finally found this one again and it relieved my painful arthritis issues. Approved by my doctors!

Noticed When Not Taking Them. Initially sceptical, I decided to give these a week’s trial. I noticed my joint pains disappeared! After running out and not reordering promptly, the pains returned quickly. Once I reordered, I was mobile and pain-free again. They are easy to swallow, unlike other brands I have tried.
