I’ve been taking this for some time and it greatly alleviates my spinal pain associated with hernia. It has proven effective within three days of starting a course and I usually take it one to two times a year for three months. It requires plenty of water to prevent dehydration, but I haven’t seen any improvements on my skin or nails.
