Joint pain relief
I’m 42 and have stage II bilateral gonoarthrosis, plus pigment spots on my face. I took two capsules in the morning and two at night for two months, adding 100g of vitamin C for better collagen absorption. The joint pain has almost entirely disappeared, making it much easier to navigate stairs! Moreover, the pigment on my face has noticeably reduced, and my skin quality has improved.
