This vitamin has shown excellent results. Since my husband and I began taking it, we've noticed less eye fatigue and redness, especially when using a computer or phone for long periods. For those over 45, it's advisable to take such vitamins to help maintain vision, as lutein and zeaxanthin can reduce the risk of cataracts and retinal degeneration.

I am very satisfied! This is my second bottle of lutein with Optilut, after starting with Lutemax 2020. I now need only 10 mg daily for eye maintenance, as cataracts are in my family.
