This brand offers high-quality supplements, which is crucial for me as I prefer non-GMO products. Lutein dramatically improves my vision; without it, I experience significant blurred vision. I take 2 capsules (20mg) daily and when I am consistent, I feel its effectiveness. My vision is clearer, and I experience no pain in my eyes, though I occasionally have some discomfort. I intend to continue using this supplement.
