Fatigue reduction
Eye fatigue has definitely decreased. I had dry eye syndrome since LASIK in August 2013, and relied heavily on artificial tears. Since taking Lutein, eye fatigue has improved—especially beneficial given my job, which involves constant computer use.

Frequency reduced
The size is ideal, and it has been beneficial for my dry eye syndrome. I frequently use artificial tears, but since incorporating this into my diet, the frequency has decreased. There is a distinct difference when I consume it during periods of eye fatigue.
