A good working drug. The nattokinase in the composition helps me keep my fibrinogen levels under control, which I could not manage with anything prior. Serrapeptase effectively removes mucus, and even deep deposits are cleared. This enzyme destroys the biofilms of viruses, thereby preventing their multiplication. I take 1 capsule an hour before meals in the morning. For optimal effect, it must be taken on an empty stomach.

I have not seen improvement with my sinus congestion from this supplement. Despite taking a capsule every day for over a week, I doubt its effectiveness. There seemed to be a tiny benefit eventually, but not enough to commend. The price seems steep as I won’t be repurchasing.
