Faced with the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis, I discovered many new medications, including nattokinase. I've learned that those of us with arthritis must take care of our kidneys. Nattokinase is reputed to thin the blood, reduce fibrin levels, disinfect, possess antiparasitic effects, normalise blood pressure, lower cholesterol, and prevent amyloid deposition. I experienced some discomfort with lumbar pains and joint ache, but these unpleasant symptoms disappeared with use. Today is my last day taking it, so I can't comment on the duration of the effect. I plan to continue this course in the spring.

A really effective complex! After being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, I learned about many new drugs, including nattokinase. I read that people like me need to take special care of their kidneys. Nattokinase is said to thin blood, reduce fibrin, and has many other benefits. I experienced lumbar pains and joint aches initially, but those issues subsided during the intake. Today is my last day taking the supplement, so I won't know how long its effects last, but I aim to continue the course in the spring. I hope this review helps you.

My husband has used this for arthritis in his knees, and after a few months, his pain subsided. I started using it for the arthritis in my hands, with similar results. He takes two pills daily, while I take one. He, being 75, has relied on this for over six years, while I've used it for a year as I'm much younger. We've tried other brands, but none compare; this is the right brand.
