I purchased nattokinase and serrapeptase from Dr Best to use together for heart health. I take a high dose of 4 capsules of each (serrapeptase 120,000 SPU per capsule). After 2 weeks, I have noticed fewer rashes, better circulation (my very pale skin looks improved), and some leg injuries are healing.

Improved skin. I have problematic skin and wanted to heal. I take Best Nattokinase as my usual vitamins twice a day. I monitor my condition and pay attention to changes. During a month of taking it, I do not feel anything that could negatively affect me; rather, the drug is well tolerated. The ailments have not completely ceased, but it has improved significantly. I noticed fewer rashes on my face. Overall, I'm pleased with the product and will continue using it.
