I’m taking nattokinase along with serrapeptase and bromelain three times a day away from food, and they have become my best allies in managing rheumatoid arthritis. A truly effective combination! Faced with the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis, I learned about many new and unusual drugs, including nattokinase. I found that taking special care of the kidneys is recommended. Nattokinase is noted for thinning the blood, reducing fibrin, and having antiseptic and antiparasitic effects while normalising blood pressure and cholesterol levels. I did not experience any discomfort during treatment. Initially, I had pulling pains in my lower back and joint pain, but these symptoms disappeared while taking the supplement. Today is the last day of this round, so I’m unsure how long the results will persist. I plan to take it again in spring, and I hope my review helps you.
