Good product with a very strong effect; ensure to take it after a hearty meal as it can still cause some bodily rash. I recommend taking three tablets daily for optimal results!

Temporary discomfort
It took me time to realise that the quick onset, brief but intense pink/red rash on my face, neck, shoulders, and upper arms was due to the Niacin. This rash is a bit uncomfortable and doesn't appear very attractive, lasting roughly half an hour. When I pause Niacin, the flushing doesn't occur, but resuming it brings back these random rashes, although not daily.
