If you experience inflammation in your joints, I highly recommend this product. I used to take Aleve daily due to chronic joint pain until I found this miracle. This product truly works for me. I previously tried a cheaper MSM version, but my joint pain returned. I wholeheartedly recommend this product. With the other MSM, hip pain disrupted my sleep, but after one week of using this product, I slept through the night pain-free. What a tremendous relief!
