I have used Dr's Best Serrapeptase for many years. After sustaining a head injury at work, I experienced persistent headaches and tremors in my left hand. After taking serrapeptase for two years, my tremors vanished. I had traces of blood in my brain and was under a neurologist's supervision at the time. I have a uterine fibroid and decided to try serrapeptase based on advice from Maryam Al-Mutairi. Thankfully, the tumour has decreased in size, and my periods have improved. It's also recommended after surgeries to prevent adhesions.

I purchased this product for fibroids. After trying several nutritional supplements from iHerb, I was thrilled to discover that my tumour size had decreased from 5 to 3. After learning about serrapeptase, I eagerly began testing it, and I plan to update my evaluation after my next examination. I wish everyone freedom from fibrosis and its associated issues.
