Serrapeptase works; I have found this product fantastic. I've noticed several benefits: markedly reduced CRP [C-Reactive Protein], decreased candida levels, increased joint flexibility, and relief from general aches and pains. My ear lobes had begun to crease—indicative of cardiovascular issues—but this has improved since using Serrapeptase. Based on these results, I also believe it has reduced arterial plaque build-up. I prefer the Drs Best brand as it features hard vegetable enteric coating, not silica, and offers various dosages, allowing for a gradual introduction to the product. I've found it more affordable than similar high-dose brands. I genuinely believe serrapeptase could be life-saving!

I bought it to relieve rhinitis and candida. I've been advised to take it on an empty stomach unless it's for protein digestion. My stomach is quite strong, so taking it without food didn't bother me. My stuffed and runny nose has improved. It’s said to significantly aid in removing Candida biofilm, so I plan to continue using it.

I love serrapeptase! It aids my digestion significantly. I now take it as part of my anti-candida protocol at bedtime on an empty stomach to help destroy candida biofilms. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, tasteless, and odourless. The dosage is substantial, so if you're new, starting with a smaller one is better. The packaging is excellent; it lasts long!
