Saves my gall. I have a curled gallbladder and Gilbert's syndrome. After 40 years, pain became bothersome, and bile thickened, leading to acute discomfort. I tried treatment, but the issues recurred. Fortunately, I learned about serrapeptase, which alleviates inflammation and thins bile. I take one capsule nightly, typically two hours after meals. Now, there is no gallbladder pain. If I stop taking serrapeptase, the pain returns. Hence, I take it regularly. It's also beneficial post-surgery, as it accelerates healing.

Great quality serrapeptase. I used it to dissolve a gallbladder polyp. After about a month of taking it, the polyp was no longer visible on ultrasound. Remarkable effect!
