Less pain relief
I take these for extreme endometriosis, cysts, and adhesions, one daily in the morning about an hour before breakfast. They helped reduce my endometriosis and adhesions significantly, though they did nothing for my cysts. Since starting them a year ago, I’ve experienced much less pain. After a brief pause due to moving house, all symptoms returned, so I now take them diligently every day. The quality is good, and they're a manageable size. I began with a lower dose as it can cause stomach aches and nausea, which I did experience initially, but not anymore. The package arrived quickly in the Netherlands!

Comfort at gym
Very helpful for my endometriosis. I can now do side crunches at the gym without the previous discomfort and pain in my abdomen. Beware, you might face a Healing Crisis in the first few weeks, but it’s worth it. No symptoms
