Nausea experienced

After approximately 50 years of taking various supplements without issues, I regret to say I encountered significant negative side effects from this one. After about a week of taking one daily on an empty stomach, I began feeling nauseous in the mornings. To ensure it was taken on an empty stomach, I consumed it just before bed or during the night. One morning, I woke up feeling nauseous and vomited yellow-green liquid, which alleviated the nausea but left me feeling dizzy and weak for hours. A few days later, the same occurred. I suspected it was due to the serrapeptase as I had no other gastro symptoms, so I discontinued its use. Since then, I’ve experienced no symptoms.

I took this supplement as directed and eventually experienced severe kidney pain, followed by extreme nausea and vomiting. After an unsettling emergency room visit, I believed I faced food poisoning. Despite being cautious with subsequent doses, I encountered the same violent illness. This experience has made me wary of this supplement.

Initially, this product seemed effective, but after two and a half weeks, it made me very nauseated, to the point I could no longer use it. Although I felt some cramps as I sought to unblock my tubes, the resulting sickness has led me to switch to another option.

This serrapeptase has proven effective. After a few days, I noticed changes. It’s vital to begin with a small dosage to acclimatise and gradually increase it. If discomfort arises, such as nausea, heart palpitations, dizziness, or loose stools, it’s likely due to intoxication. Serrapeptase breaks down dead proteins, which release decay products into the bloodstream. In such cases, I recommend taking a sorbent agent alongside it.

Serrapeptase is a proteolytic enzyme that is primarily derived from the silkworm, where it aids in the digestion of the silk fibers. Many users report positive results, but clinical studies have produced mixed reviews regarding its effectiveness in treating specific conditions.
