The quality is superb! I purchased nattokinase and serrapeptase from Dr Best to use together, as I had heard they are beneficial for heart health. I take a high dose of four capsules of each (serrapeptase 120,000 SPU per capsule), and after just two weeks, I have noticed fewer rashes, improved circulation (my very pale skin now appears better), and some leg injuries that weren’t healing are finally improving.
