I’ve been using this drug for 11 months and have gradually increased my dosage. Serrapeptase is remarkably active, so I advise not forcing the dosage to avoid headaches and nausea. I take it for the treatment of swollen nodes in my thyroid and chest. After ten months, ultrasound showed significant reductions in the nodes. The product truly works, but patience is vital. Hydration of 2-2.5 litres is essential. I definitely recommend it; it has improved my health immensely.
