I have about five tablets left, so I'll write a review. Initially, I was taken aback by the unpleasant smell, but after chilling it in the fridge, it lasted longer, and the smell dissipated! I still feel a tingling sensation each time I drink it, yet the effects are remarkable. I used to struggle with acne, but that's no longer the case. My skin has never looked better, even without foundation. Most importantly, my premenstrual syndrome has improved; prior to my period, I faced irritability, fatigue, and depression. I usually take one pill daily, increasing to two pills in the morning and night about a week before my period. Although my menstrual pain hasn't improved, the peace of mind makes a significant difference. I wish I had tried this sooner and will order again soon!

Easier periods
I take it every six months. The first week is tough, and I smell quite bad, but it gets easier. This has helped me significantly with premenstrual syndrome; I barely felt it, and my periods were less painful, possibly due to better liver function.
