Effective for sinus support
It truly works! I took one capsule three times daily for sinusitis to thin the sinus contents. Additionally, I consume two capsules before drinking wine to avoid a phenolic reaction. Unfortunately, it is now hard to purchase.

It effectively liquefies mucus, aiding in recovery from a runny nose, sinusitis, bronchitis, and even COVID. While the primary benefit, glutathione support, isn't directly felt, I notice I recover faster. It has secured a place in my first aid kit permanently.
