Until the age of 60, I recommend taking one capsule, and after that, two capsules or 240 mg to effectively treat or prevent age-related dementia. It supports brain activity and aids in managing high blood pressure. My overall well-being has improved, and my cognitive abilities and functions are better. The large packaging is a bonus, as it lasts for a considerable time. However, I would advise against it for anyone with low blood pressure.
