I find this theanine great. I take it during the day and in the evening to handle stress, encourage smooth relaxation, and ensure quality sleep. I've already ordered a second jar for a complete course.

Overall, I really favour this supplement from Doctors Best for its high-quality ingredients and value. I ordered it to use with magnesium for sleep and to combat my persistent insomnia. Unfortunately, after more than a month, I have not observed any improvements in my sleep cycle. While I haven’t noticed cognitive changes, perhaps it may benefit other users.

Sleep aid ineffective
I have a sleep disorder preventing deep sleep. While I take it, it appears ineffective so far. I can sleep well, but I still wake up at dawn as before.
