This drug has optimised my sleep significantly. Previously, I experienced severe sleep issues due to stress and long work hours, with deep sleep lasting no more than 45 minutes. Using sleep tracking and amino acids, I improved my sleep, but it wasn't until I added L-theanine from this manufacturer that I achieved an excellent effect. My deep sleep duration increased, allowing for maximum bodily restoration. I've been using 1 capsule (150mg) every now and then. The effect is pleasantly mild yet noticeable; it helps calm my restless mind, improving my concentration. I never feel numb or fatigued; rather, my senses seem heightened. Before bedtime, I sleep well after taking it. I’ve also noticed a slight easing of muscle tension, though I'm unsure if it's solely due to this product. In any case, it works for me—though it's not extraordinary.
