Healthy alternative

Awesome product! My youngest daughter suffered from allergies, especially at bedtime, with her sinuses plugging up and itches. After using Breathe and On Guard from doTerra before bed, she now has no sinus problems and sleeps well. We're amazed to have found a healthy alternative to allergy medications. We apply Breathe by her nose and over her throat and chest with great success.

Good Spring! I have had sinus issues for years, with spring being the worst due to pollen allergies. Despite my initial skepticism, I tried this product and was pleasantly surprised. I kept the diffuser running all day during the heavy pollen season and managed to avoid sinus infections. I will continue using Breathe alongside my usual treatments.

This works for sinus and lung problems! This oil opens sinuses and bronchial tubes, helping stop coughing due to asthma, bronchitis, and allergies. I prefer the larger Breathe stick as it stays where you apply it. It has a strong smell from eucalyptus and peppermint but was effective and stopped a lingering cough I thought would never go away.

Instant Congestion Relief for Nursing/Pregnant Mothers. As a nursing mother, I didn't want to take OTC meds that could affect my baby, so I use Breathe for congestion. It helps with bronchitis, sinus infections, and allergies, loosening mucus quickly. Not worth the price. My husband has severe allergies and is congested all year. Despite allergy shots and medications, he struggled to breathe. He asked me to get doTerra Breathe, but I was hesitant about the cost. He applied it directly to his nose for two days and said it worked, but not enough for the price. I ordered him a cheaper alternative to try.
