This works for sinus and lung issues! The oil effectively opens my sinuses and bronchial tubes, aiding in stopping coughing due to asthma, bronchitis, and allergies. I prefer the big waxy Breathe stick because it stays in place and lasts longer. The strong smell is from eucalyptus and peppermint oils, which I appreciate for their effectiveness. It stopped a persistent 5-month cough that I thought wouldn't leave.

This product acts like a camphoraceous remedy, possibly unblocking clogged alveoli and restricted bronchial tubes. The eucalyptus and peppermint oils create a powerful, aromatic camphor that facilitates better oxygen flow within my lungs. A+ This totally works. I was surprised by its effectiveness. It helped us through cold season and improved my sleep quality, which I found very relaxing. I have asthma managed by a rescue inhaler and Flovent, but I use the inhaler much less when diffusing this oil. I felt more relaxed and slept better while using it. Based on this experience, I will definitely purchase more doTerra oils!

It WORKS. I have two daughters, one diagnosed with asthma and the other experiencing similar symptoms. I myself suffered from coughing and congestion. We all use the "Breathe" oil by doTerra. The scent is calming, and the oil is magical! We experience complete relief with this product. One night, while at my daughter's home with a hacking cough, she applied the oil under my nose, on my back and chest, and rubbed coconut oil with lavender on my feet. I cannot remember the last time I had such a good night's sleep! This stuff is amazing! DoTerra is the best I've ever used! I highly recommend it, but ensure you also get the coconut oil.
