This oil is effective for sinus and lung problems, helping to open sinuses and bronchial tubes, and alleviating coughing due to asthma, bronchitis, and allergies. I do prefer the larger Breathe stick as it stays put and lasts longer. While it has a strong aroma due to the eucalyptus and peppermint oil, I found it effective in stopping a persistent cough that lingered for five months.
