This fractioned coconut oil works really nicely. Add some to a glass spray bottle with a few drops of your favorite essential oil, and the options are endless. I personally like using Doterra oils, and use the Doterra Breathe mixed with some of the coconut oil in a spray bottle (apply to wrist or bottom of feet to promote better sleep)
