Amazingly, these really do help! I use them whenever I feel like I’m coming down with a cold or flu, and since starting this regimen combined with the oil, I’ve cut my illnesses to less than half. I was previously getting sick every two months. My daughter suggested it to me, and I’ve been astonished at how well it works to keep viruses at bay.
