DONT TAKE. This product caused mood swings, severe acne, nightmares, and early periods. I continued it for six weeks too long and regretted it. I never review products, but I hope to prevent others from the experience I had. My skin was flawless at 38, but now I’m facing severe breakouts and dry hair.

Causing acne. My functional medicine doctor suggested this for adrenal fatigue, but I must stop as it’s causing severe acne. It's one of many possible side effects.
