Read More...Love Dr teals soothing witch hazel /aloe scent and soak. I love dr teals epsom salt soaks for baths normally, but i needed some specific for SITZ bath use pre and post operation . So i decided to purchase a diff epsom salt SITZ bath mixture from a diff company. The scents were way too strong and ended up worsening my symptoms. So i returned the “SITZ BATH SALT” and immediately purchased this witch hazel /aloe Vera combo. It is FABULOUS!! 1/2-1 tsp in sitz bath with warm water and extremely soothing. I'm not sure i would use this just for a warm bath but for a sitz bath or for swollen,painful , irritated , itchy skin this should definitely help. Thank you Dr teals. Might also be good for a facial scrub too
Read More...I have horrible anxiety and in order to combat this I often take Epsom salt baths. They are especially helpful after panic attacks. I've used a myriad of Dr. Teals products and I'm never disappointed. It is my go to for bath products. They always smell amazing, they never irritate my skin and they always relax me. If you have anxiety, magnesium is really helpful for releasing muscle tension. Epsom salt has magnesium in it and so when you sit in it it can help relax you and relieve tension. I use this almost daily and I'm always stocked up! Definitely recommend this one or any of the other Dr. Teals Epsom salts depending on what you're looking to accomplish with it

It's great for aches and pain, used 1/2 cup to soaked feet15-20 mins, dry and ends with a nice therapy oil or any moisturizer of your choice. It removed calluses from my feet simple home remedy for foot care. All you need is a simple bath tub, warm water or electric spa tub. Then get a scrub or foot file to remove built up callus. Read More...My boxer mix was suffering with itchy paws and actually was licking them raw. A home remedy to relieve the itchiness and promote healing was a ten-minute soak in the Epsom salts. Although skittish at first, it obviously was providing some relief for he now stands in the tub and seems to enjoy it. The aloe also helps the healing process. Yes, it is a bother to do this daily, but I am happy with the results. Good to know that I can share the benefits should I need a soothing foot bath

Read More...I've used several Dr Teal's Epsom salts and the fragrance of this one makes my eyes burn. The smell is synthetic and way too strong. I love the 'glow and radiance' and 'lavender' scented Epsom salts by Dr Teal's, but I will not be purchasing this one again
