Awesome for high altitude! I loved the lemon flavour and bought the 32 pack for our vacation in Colorado. Not used to the high altitude, I anticipated dehydration. The first night, I experienced a headache, dry skin, and dry lips - I drank three of these and woke up feeling refreshed! I also took two during hikes at extreme altitudes. Great product; you won't regret buying it!

Works very well. I was seeking something to help with hydration, as I often woke up with headaches and very dark urine. I found this product on YouTube and decided to try it, given its military endorsement. At around £30, it was worth it. I prepare it the night before and start drinking it on my way to work. It has worked remarkably, and I haven't had any headaches for a few months.

Works as expected, great for high altitudes, tastes fine too. I have low blood pressure and am anaemic, so travelling to high altitudes concerned me regarding dehydration. During my trips to Yosemite and Yellowstone, when I felt a slight headache or unwellness, I drank this and felt a notable difference within 10 minutes.
