If you're tired of feeling bloated after a protein shake, I highly recommend this one! Being mildly lactose intolerant, regular whey protein caused me discomfort and bloating. But with this whey protein, I've had no issues whatsoever! Though it may be slightly more expensive, it's worth it for the comfort it brings. The taste is good, albeit a bit sweet, so I'm eager to try other flavours as well.
