Helps with diarrhoea
1 people found this helpful
The chocolate flavour is delightful. I experience daily diarrhoea even with milk, making this product beneficial in alleviating that issue. As I began using it, I've also increased my exercise, and it's encouraging to see my muscles developing gradually. I initially bought it after seeing a video recommendation, and I'm quite satisfied; I'd suggest starting with a smaller amount and increasing if happy.

This protein is excellent—easy on the stomach, causes no diarrhoea, and tastes lovely.

Increased stool irregularities

I initially chose this whey protein isolate powder (chocolate flavour) due to lactose intolerance. However, after daily consumption, my stool irregularities and diarrhoea increased, which shouldn’t be the case with lactose alone. Other isolate powders did not cause this issue. I suspect sucralose may be the culprit. I've used less than a quarter of the small bucket I purchased, and it’s quite disappointing.

Persistent diarrhoea
I thought isolated protein would solve my lactose issues, but it still caused indigestion and persistent diarrhoea. Many people discussing their issues, even with lactose-free options, might be using various digestive aids. I used to rely on those too. Ultimately, I realised my diarrhoea resulted from being unable to break down the protein effectively.
