I have seasonal Allergies which pretty much means that in Fall and spring I would end up with severe runny nose and sneezes for at least a month at a time. I would have to take meds to try to curb the symptoms. If I wasn't careful I would end up with a sinus infection. My doctor suggested I take elderberry. I took it with a grain of salt, but after taking this product for at least a year now I'm noticing that when my husband's Allergies are flaring up ; mine are not. When my app is telling my the pollen is high I'm not even feeling like I'm phased by it. It's amazing. I haven't had to take any allergy meds in forever. I used to carry allergy meds in my purse and now I don't. So for me this is a five star product. The only thing I don't like is that the price has gone up a few bucks in a short time. :
