It works!
2018 marked the first time I'd be flying for the holidays since I moved out of state. I made sure I did everything I could to avoid getting sick. In fact, the past several times I've flown anywhere, regardless of the time of year, I've been sure to take elderberry. I never really knew if it was working, I only assumed it was because I felt fine. Well, about midway through my recent holiday travels, I started to feel sick! I never stopped taking elderberry gummies while I was away. My symptoms started Friday evening - I felt chills and nausea most of the night, which caused me to get very little sleep. By Saturday morning, the nausea mostly subsided, but I had a slight Headache. I took one dose of Tylenol that afternoon to help alleviate my Headache. I continued to feel better throughout the day, and ate a normal meal that evening. I then had a normal night's sleep, and by Sunday morning, I woke up feeling 95% better. By Sunday evening, I was out to dinner as planned! I firmly believe I WAS truly sick. And, I truly believe that these elderberry gummies, which have a Vitamin C and zinc added boost, helped to minimize my symptoms and the length of time I felt ill. I already have several flights/trips planned in 2019, and I won't be going anywhere without elderberry in hand
