Nail health issues
They worked well for allergies. I had nasal drippage and coughing, and this eliminated it all. However, my fingernails and toenails became brittle and started chipping. After realising this was the only new addition to my vitamin intake, I gave them to my grandmother, who loves them. Since I stopped using this product, my nails have become stronger, and I've experienced significantly less drippage.

Less severe allergies
Love sports research! I am a fan of this brand! All my vitamins and supplements are from Sports Research. I noticed a significant difference since using Elderberry; my allergies have been much less severe, and I haven't fallen ill, as is usual during the spring/summer transition!

Boosts immune health
Will buy again! This is an amazing product that I purchased to keep me healthy throughout the COVID pandemic. The amount of zinc is just right (7.5 mg) to avoid unnecessary gastrointestinal side effects, plus the benefits of black elderberry for cold, flu, and allergies relief.

Allergies calmed down
My wife got this and asked me to try it for a month. I have a lot of allergies, and my upper respiratory issues seemed to calm down somewhat. I will continue using it for another month to see if it continues to help.
