Perfect for this 72 yr old
Love this product Love the taste. It helps with dehydration and energy. I live in hot So. calif. I work outside 8 hrs a day. I snip off an angle pour into my water bottle. Give a quick shake. Drink one before starting work and throughout the day. Keeps me hydrated and energized. It's a little pricey, but that has to be due to single packets. Worth the price for me due to convenience of keeping in my pocket to add to water bottle. I purchase 2 boxes at a time. A day later they are on the front porch. For this 72 yr old it's just what I need
