I take one of these gummies every night before bed to ensure I have vitamin C through the night. They help ward off common colds and flu, or if I do catch a common cold, it prevents it from becoming severe and seems to shorten its duration. Plus, I love the flavours.

Hives and diarrhoea

Typically not allergic to anything, I had a bad reaction to these large gummies due to the annatto colouring, resulting in hives and a severe bout of IBS. Additionally, I was disappointed with the sugar content as three gummies equal too much sugar for just 750mg of vitamin C. I experienced diarrhoea within 4 hours of taking them, confirming my allergy.

While I do not typically have allergies, these gummies, loaded with annatto, caused an allergic reaction, resulting in hives and a severe bout of IBS. I also found the sugar content excessive, needing to consume three gummies for 750mg of vitamin C, equating to 7g of sugar. After consuming them, I broke out in hives and experienced diarrhoea within four hours, confirming the gummies were the cause.
