Reduced cold frequency
This has been keeping my immune system strong for the past 3 years. After chemotherapy, I used to experience 4-6 colds annually for 15 years, and every trip would bring home a cold. Since using Emergen-C daily, I’ve had only one cold each year for these last three years. I haven’t altered anything else in my routine and this is the only consistent addition. I take it through flu season, when travelling, or whenever I feel my immune system needs support. I can’t speak for others, but it certainly works for me.

Shortens illness
I take this as soon as I begin to feel unwell. Whenever I sense my immune system is off or am starting to feel sick, I start using this product. I truly believe it either prevents sickness or shortens my cold. Even if it’s a placebo, as long as it works, I’m content! You can buy this cheaper at Costco in a three-pack of assorted flavours. My favourite is tangerine.

Prevents cold escalation
We swear by this stuff! A friend recommended it and it works wonderfully. I've been using it for a couple of years now. At the first sign of a cold, I typically drink two packets daily for a couple of days, and the cold vanishes. I used to suffer from colds lasting 2 to 3 weeks: runny nose, coughing, etc. Drinking this at the onset of symptoms prevents it from worsening. Even when I forget to take it, I find that if I start after a few days of being unwell, it can still eliminate the cold. Without it previously, a cold would linger for weeks. We think it’s marvellous, particularly the "Emergen-C Immune Plus" due to its vitamin D and Zinc for a healthy immune system.
