Speedy recovery
Whenever my family is unwell, we take two packets a day which significantly aids our recovery from autoimmune disorders. I rely solely on Emergen-C, plenty of water, and rest. Although I don't take it daily, I use one packet at the first signs of a cold to fend off illness. Super Orange is the best flavour—least artificial and not overly sweet. I’ve re-ordered many times and will continue to do so.

I bought these vitamins to ward off an autoimmune disorder. After getting cold feet, I felt unwell with a sore throat and cough. I took one packet at lunch and another before bed, despite the recommendation of just one per day—and I awoke feeling great. They are quite tasty too!

Negative health impact
This product contains Maltodextrin, which I mistakenly thought was healthy. It boosts the growth of harmful bacteria associated with autoimmune disorders and can suppress probiotics in the gut, vital for immune function. The high GI of Maltodextrin causes blood sugar spikes, making one more prone to illness. I hope the company finds a better alternative; I enjoy the product aside from this drawback.
