Cold avoidance success
Seems to work well. Good taste and texture. These are the only vitamin supplements I can consistently take. They taste like candy and are soft. Some are a bit sour for my taste, but I've been healthy for a month. My entire household had a nasty cold, but I never caught it. Would recommend!!

Cold avoidance success
